Ksenia was a highly valued member of our quality assurance team. From inception to launch to several major revisions, Ksenia provide detailed testing and feedback to our development team. The level of attention to detail is among the highest I have ever seen among qa testers. Ksenia also stepped up when the project manager moved on. She took over the management/coordination of the 3 person team, managing them expertly and with no outside guidance required. Also key to Ksenia's contributions is the role she played in being a stabilizing force during the various changes in the development team, including 3 separate team leads. Her and her team's body of corporate knowledge kept us on track and helped new additions to the team avoid costly mistakes. I look forward to working with Ksenia again in the very near future. She's a great asset.

Julia was an additional resource we added to our quality assurance/software testing team after our software had gone live. She immediately impressed me with how quickly she absorbed what we were doing and how our software was structured/organized. Her comments and feedback on work items was thoughtful, complete, and typically included additional, relevant ideas for improvement or areas of conflict to avoid. Julia was an active participant on the team and had no hesitation reaching out to fellow testers and to the development team (I encourage self-managing teams as much as possible). Everyone enjoyed working with her and would seek out her input on various topics. I would also tap Julia to help with undefined/unknown problems and she became one of our best troubleshooters. Further, we discovered that Julia has a design background, so we encouraged her to submit suggestions around design topics, as well. Julia is a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. We will be happy to hire her again for another project.

We had the pleasure of working with Viktor throughout all of the development and testing leading up to the launch of our new software and for about a year afterward. Viktor's contributions were extremely valuable. He's also a fantastic, willing resource for corporate knowledge, as our system documentation was less than it could (should) have been. We will miss Viktor and wish him well on future projects.
